Who is Bria?

I've always been fascinated by people.

Long before I began studying psychology, I was curious about why we think the way we do, why we repeat certain patterns, and why some experiences shape us so deeply. Like many people, I've had seasons where I felt stuck, not because I lacked potential, but because I didn't yet understand what was happening beneath the surface.

That curiosity eventually led me to pursue psychology, where I've spent years studying the emotional, cognitive, and relational patterns that shape how we live our lives. Today, I'm completing my doctorate while continuing to explore the intersection of psychology, identity, and lasting personal transformation.

What makes my approach different is that I don't believe change happens simply by trying harder or becoming more motivated.

Coach • Creator • Lifelong student of human potential

Real transformation begins when we understand ourselves. When we uncover the hidden beliefs we've been carrying... the protective patterns we've developed... and the stories we've unknowingly accepted as truth. Only then can we begin making choices that truly align with who we are.

My background as an artist and lifelong creative taught me something I still carry into my work today: sometimes the most important things about us can't be discovered through logic alone. They have to be noticed, explored, and understood. That perspective now shapes everything I create, from journals and courses to coaching conversations and educational content.

My goal isn't to help you become someone new.

It's to help you reconnect with who you've been all along.
