Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between creativity coaching and therapy?

Great question! Creativity coaching focuses on helping you unlock your artistic potential, build confidence, and develop habits that support your creative life. While I do have a background in psychology, coaching is not therapy—it’s future-focused, action-oriented, and designed to help you move forward in your creative goals. We focus on growth, not healing.

Do I have to be an artist or full-time creative to benefit from coaching?

Not at all! Coaching is for anyone who wants to feel more inspired, confident, and creatively free—whether you're a professional, hobbyist, multi-hyphenate, or someone simply exploring their creative side. If you're feeling blocked, stuck, or scattered with ideas, coaching can help you find clarity and momentum.

What’s your photography style?

My style is expressive, vibrant, and real. Whether I'm capturing portraits, events, or promotional content, I focus on highlighting your personality and presence. My goal is to make you feel seen, celebrated, and comfortable in front of the camera—so your light can truly shine.

Can I book photography and coaching with you?

Absolutely! Many of my clients do both. In fact, combining a coaching session with your shoot is a powerful way to get grounded and show up as your most confident, authentic self. If you're launching something big or stepping into a new chapter, it’s the perfect creative support combo.
